Step Aerobics is one of the best ways to get a full body workout while enjoying the beat of high energy music.

You will use an elevated platform (step) to step up, over and around an adjustable step to choreographed routines which burns fat, builds muscle and improves cardiovascular endurance. The height of the step can be tailored to suit individual needs by inserting risers under the step.

A Tabata workout consists of alternating short intervals of intense exercise with short periods of rest for a period 4 minutes and then a longer period of rest for one minute. 8 cycles of this pattern for 8 tabatas equal 64 exercises for a period of 40 minutes plus a warm up and cool down. A wide variety of exercises are compatible with the Tabata protocol, including resistance exercises such as lifting weights and aerobic exercises such as running or skipping.

Ideally, you work to your maximum capacity during the short bursts of intensity and then recover in the rest periods to return heart rate to normal. Tabata is strength training mixed with some cardiovascular training as well to give you a well rounded, full body workout.

This style of yoga (Baron Baptiste) trains the whole person, not just your physical self, all in one session. Blending all the key ingredients to embody your strength, stamina, cardio, and mind. The asanas or
poses are linked together by connective momentum called vinyasa or flow.

YogaFit combines the ancient Indian practice of using breathe, stretching through poses, and meditating with the fitness principles of strength training. Instructors create inspiring classes that are grounded in proper alignment and the safety of exercise science.

This class is designed to give a blissful balance of full-body fitness. Instructors choose 30 minutes of high-intensity workout. Followed by 30 minutes of rejuvenating cool down such as yoga or dynamic stretching. 50/50 class content varies with instructor.

Spin is a low impact, high intensity cardio workout on an indoor bicycle. 

Music booms through the speakers and the light show helps motivate you as the instructor guides you through the class.


The rhythm of the music leads the way, and you can adjust your resistance on the bike to your comfort level.


The workout involves mostly lower body but recruits core and upper body. 


Saddle up and ride your way to a good mood as the endorphins pulse through your body.

Simply Stretch is a class designed to improve flexibility and increase strength at the same time.


We use multiple forms of stretching including ballistic stretching, passive stretching and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching).

It is low impact, high intensity movements that we try to hold for 30 to 60 seconds. 


Each class is finished with a 5 to 10 minute mindful relaxation on the mat (some call this meditation).

This gentle chair class is for participants with mobility challenges and participants who are preparing for or recovering from a surgical procedure.


Single joint exercises gently strengthen muscles, tendons and ligaments to improve strength, endurance and flexibility. 


Certified instructors assess clients every 3 to 6 months to review effectiveness of the program and suggest progressions.
