Option 1: The Quick Tour

Who it’s for:  You already know your way around a gym, but you want to check out our equipment, see the layout, and feel the vibe of the space before committing.

What to expect:  A quick, casual 10-minute walkthrough with a member of the team. No high-pressure sales pitch - just a look around.

Option 2: The Equipment Orientation

Who it’s for: You are ready to work out on your own, but you want a quick primer on our equipment so you can navigate the gym floor with total confidence.

What to expect: A fast, practical 15-minute walkthrough with a member of our team. We’ll show you how to safely adjust the seats, set the weights, and properly use our cardio and strength machines. No workouts or health histories required—just a pure “how-to” session.

Option 3: The Health Assessment

Who it’s for: You are brand new to fitness, haven't been in a gym environment in a long time, or just feel a bit overwhelmed about where to start.

What to expect: A relaxed, low-pressure version of our health assessment where we show you the space, discuss your comfort levels, and answer any questions you have about our community. We will chat about your goals, perform a gentle movement screen, and help you map out a safe, confident path forward at your own pace.

Option 4: Personal Training

Who it’s for: You are looking for direct accountability, tailored programming, a workout fine-tune, or expert guidance to hit a specific longevity goal.

The First Step: All of our personal training journeys begin with a health assessment. This allows us to look at your current fitness levels (e.g., strength, endurance, mobility, etc.), discuss your medical history, and build a safe, effective roadmap just for your body. This session is crucial for designing your custom training plan, and it ensures you and your trainer mesh perfectly before your official workouts begin.

What is the Health Assessment?

Our health assessment is a critical, highly efficient entry point for designing a custom, inspiring, and effective fitness program to suit your individual needs. More than just a checklist, this is our chance to make sure we truly jive, share a mutual focus, and build a great foundation for working together.

What to Expect

30 Minutes or Less: A highly focused, efficient session consisting of health history, goal setting, and light physical demand tests.

Establish Baseline Metrics: We collect baseline data about your health markers and basic movement patterns to track your progress over time.

No Heavy Lifting: Our physical testing involves only light, non-weight-bearing movement and discussion. This allows us to check your flexibility, balance, and range of motion, ensuring your needs match our training expertise (or allowing us to refer you to a medical professional if required).

Comfortable Attire: Please wear athletic clothing and bring a pair of indoor active footwear (like running shoes) so you can move comfortably.
