Clean indoor gym shoes and water are required for all classes.


We offer monthly unlimited passes, punch cards, and drop-in rates.

Strength, Core & More

Take your fitness to the next level with Strength, Core & More, a class focused on building lean muscle, increasing total-body power, and improving body composition. This session utilizes complex, multi-joint movements designed to maximize stamina and strengthen the stabilizing muscles. By prioritizing proper form and functional strength, this class helps you decrease the risk of injury while significantly boosting your overall physical capacity.

Power Hour

Power Hour is a dynamic, high-intensity class designed to build functional strength and improve cardiovascular capacity through a combination of weight training and cardio intervals. Each session offers a fresh challenge, ranging from targeted muscle group sets to full-body conditioning and circuit training. Expect a different workout every time you walk through the door, all within a friendly and supportive community environment that encourages you to push your personal limits and boost your overall fitness level.

Recommended Fitness Level: Intermediate (modifications available)

Fit for Function Chair Class

Fit for Function is a gentle chair-based program designed specifically for individuals with mobility challenges or those preparing for and recovering from surgery. The class focuses on single-joint exercises that safely strengthen muscles, tendons, and ligaments while improving overall endurance and flexibility. To ensure the program remains effective and safe, our certified instructors conduct assessments every 3 to 6 months to track progress and suggest appropriate exercise progressions.

Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.

Recommended Fitness Level: Gentle/mobility-focused

Spin Indoor Cycling

Experience a low-impact, high-intensity cardio workout on an indoor bicycle designed to boost your cardiovascular health and your mood. Led by a motivating instructor, you will ride to the rhythm of the music through a series of intervals where you control the resistance to match your personal comfort and ability. While the focus is primarily on the lower body, each ride recruits the core and upper body for a comprehensive conditioning session that leaves you with a post-workout endorphin high.

Recommended Fitness Level: Beginner to advanced

Simply Stretch

Improve your flexibility and functional strength simultaneously in Simply Stretch, a class dedicated to deep tissue recovery and mobility. We utilize a variety of techniques, including passive, ballistic, and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching, to target muscle groups effectively. These low-impact, high-intensity movements are held for 30 to 60 seconds to maximize benefits. Each session concludes with 5 to 10 minutes of mindful relaxation and mat-based meditation to leave you feeling centered and restored.

Pilates Movement and Mat

Strengthen your foundation with Pilates Movement and Mat, a class dedicated to developing core stability, postural alignment, and lean muscle tone. Following traditional Pilates principles, this mat-based session focuses on controlled, precise movements that improve flexibility and functional strength without the need for specialized equipment. By emphasizing the mind-body connection and proper breathing techniques, this class helps participants build a resilient core and improve overall body awareness in a calm and focused environment.

Power Yoga

Build heat and functional strength in Power Yoga, a vigorous practice that utilizes flow intervals and long holds to maximize physical benefits. By incorporating elongated levers and intentional asanas, this class works all major muscle groups while improving flexibility and endurance. Though the sessions are designed for an advanced pace, modifications are provided by our instructors to ensure that participants can progress safely while challenging their personal limits.

Gear: Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats and accessories. We have a limited number of mats available for use, as well as plenty of yoga blocks to support your practice.

Boxing Cardio & Conditioning

This high-energy class focuses on the athletic conditioning side of boxing without any physical contact or impact. Designed to build cardiovascular endurance and agility, the class utilizes shadow boxing, footwork drills, and conditioning circuits. It is the perfect option for those who want a boxing-inspired workout that is easy on the joints while still pushing your physical limits. Every class is different, focusing on speed, coordination, and overall fitness in a supportive environment.

Technical Boxing

Focus on the technical aspects of boxing, including proper punching mechanics, defensive movements, and partner work. This class emphasizes skill and precision, offering an intense workout through authentic boxing drills, focus pads, and heavy bag work. While the focus is on technique, it remains a high-intensity session that builds power and coordination. We welcome all levels of boxing knowledge, from total beginners to seasoned athletes, as our coach provides guidance to match your experience level.

Recommended Fitness Level: Intermediate to advanced

Gear: 180-inch boxing wraps, gloves, indoor gym shoes, and water. While we can provide wraps and gloves for newcomers, regular participants are encouraged to purchase their own for hygiene and comfort.

Glow with the Flow Yoga

Float into your weekend with a restorative one-hour yoga practice designed to calm the mind and soothe the soul. Utilizing YogaFit programming based on the Ashtanga style, our certified instructors guide you through a flow that promotes optimal health and physical rejuvenation. Each session concludes with Sivasana to seal your practice, leaving you feeling centered, relaxed, and ready for the days ahead.
